Eight years ago today, I received the call that my father @BillyGraham had gone home to Heaven. He wasn’t afraid to die. In fact, near the end of his life, he said, “I know I’m going to Heaven. I’m looking forward to it with great anticipation because of what Jesus did on that Cross.” What about you? Do you have the same confidence?
The most important decision any of us make in life is to accept or reject Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. That decision changes everything—and it determines where we will spend eternity! Jesus said, “…I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die…” (John 11:25-26). What a promise! If we repent of our sins and put our faith in Jesus Christ, we will be safe in the presence of God forever. If you’ve never made that choice and surrendered your life to Him, I urge you to do that today.
