@AlaskaAir crew times out and it’s 10:08 and we have another 30 minutes to wait (though dead head crew able to swap and fly it). What in the world is going on with Ops? I get the ATC but what is wrong with your systems and resource management? It’s really not been good.
@AlaskaAir TUL-SEA will have dead heads and don’t have the seats they assigned. Start to move me back to GEG (now 10pm instead of 7pm). Find out TUL-SEA will have 2 seats. I’m back on, but 1:30 ATC flow delay. Fine, we board, to find out another ATC delay.
@AlaskaAir I understand the desire to deal with complaints via DM, but you don’t seem to actually do anything with them. There were multiple people on my flight very inconvenienced by the hour delay in getting to the gate. How is that acceptable to you?
@AlaskaAir - landed at 6:10am. Scheduled for 6:19am. Not at gate yet at 6:59am. Do you guys care about SEA gate issues? It doesn’t seem so. This is my 5th experience in the last few months.

@AlaskaAir inbound on 345 this morning, “There is equipment blocking our gate and we have to wait for them to move it so we can pull in. We’re now back in line to try again - shouldn’t be more than 5-10 minutes.” How does that happen? Why do there seem to be so many issues?

OK…so @AmericanAir and @PortofSeattle…why might we be waiting 45+ minutes for a gate for AA3075? Why are we holding at the south end of the apron by Delta maintenance?
@AmericanAir I would appreciate more than just that response please. What wad the reason for last nights over 1 hour wait? That doesn’t work to just use the blanket reply. Especially when your captain said blame lands squarely on the @PortofSeattle. What’s the official story?
@TravelAssist76 Thank you. I travel in and out of Seattle weekly and have never had that extended a wait at 11pm. Ever. Also was confused why we had to wait for one S gate for a 321 that could have been overflowed.
