Almost 1 week of no internet connection.
Their support like a chatbot na wala manlang makausap ng maayos. Response is the same, same spiel.
So @PLDT_Cares@PLDTHome after how many days, ngayon lang may nagpuntang technician to CHECK the box, guess what, buong lugar namin wala pa din net at lahat ng naka connect sa box, walang connection. Napaka tindi naman ng response time ano po
Inaayos ba? Buong araw na walang internet ah. Tapos pag mag rerefund pahirapan. Yung maintenance nyo imbis ba mag ayos, lalo lang nawawalan ng connection e @PLDT_Cares@PLDTHome@NTCPH
