@AirCanada still awaiting a response on my delayed/cancelled flight from 4 weeks ago. The pilot let passengers know after a 7.5 hour delay that they were not allowed to fly, and a back up crew declined the flight. Not mechanical issues.Customer service has been horrible
@lisambrandt @AirCanada What number have you been contacting. I've submitted my claim for a 7.5 hour delay and then a cancelation and I have received no response whatsoever.
