Faker on becoming the hyung in his team.
Faker: "I’ve never really had the personality of an older brother or a natural leader. Even when I debuted as a pro, I didn’t think of myself as that kind of person. But living and playing with younger players made me realize how important those qualities are. So back then, I read a lot of books about leadership — like ones by Dale Carnegie. Through playing with younger teammates, I learned how to embrace and lead others better, which I think has been a good experience for me. And thanks to them, I’ve also learned new ways to think from different perspectives."
You're doing well, Faker! You've been a really good hyung to them 💛
i’ve been in a state of euphoria lately.
i can’t help but feel everything has fallen exactly into place in a way that i never expected.
when we let go of the plans and choices we think SHOULD happen, we open ourselves to the beauty of what ACTUALLY does. :)
