Not tied to whether or not you took a driving test and have a car. If a law rolled out national IDs to everyone tomorrow, and everyone was sure to get one. Great, check IDs!

If as you say AI is so good, then we have a high trust factor in correct code and code reviews can be much faster and scrutinized less while ensuring public safety.
