@Dell Bought new computer. Over $1600. Promised next day delivery. Came in 2 days. Won't turn on. Spent substantial time with customer "care" team. Will take 7-12 days for replacement, meanwhile sales says you have it in stock and can get it to me Tuesday. VERY dissatisfied.
@Jeep No case was created as the supervisor never called me back. I've been to three dealers and they don't have it in stock. One told me to order off the Mopar website but I've been unable to figure out how to find this paint on the site. Bad service.
@Jeep Terrible service today. Just want to buy some touch up paint. Can't buy it on the website, called and spoke with a rep who couldn't help and said he'd have his supervisor call me back as soon as he finished a call he was on. That was 3 hours ago.
@RazerSupport - I just wasted 15-20 minutes of my life chatting with your technical support and am no closer to a solution to my issue. Horrific customer experience.
@Ultraloq - LOVE your product but your cust. svc. sucks so far. I have a question that I can't find the answer to on my own. I've called, held for a long time then left a message more than once. No return call. Created a ticket - got an answer unrelated to my question.
@Facebook - My daughter posted that she was raising money for an Alzheimer's charity. I responded saying, "Proud of you." Why am I getting a message saying that violates community standards?? Being proud of your daughter is a bad thing???
Prospects/Clients respond to those who build a relationship with them and stay in touch. Call/email to give help or offer advice with no expectation of anything in return. Consistently add value and you'll see your sales grow.
Emails, texts, AI, direct mail...they (and more) all play a part of today's prospecting efforts. HERE'S A RADICAL IDEA...pick up the phone and call someone. You may just be surprised that they're happy to speak with another human!
Short week due to the holiday. Don't let that be an excuse for lack of activity and production. Sales is a game of making things happen...get out there and MAKE SALES HAPPEN!
Monday is a U.S. national holiday. Coaching Tip: CRUSH IT THIS WEEK ALL THE WAY THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON to make up for taking the day off Monday. Then, ENJOY your day off!
