@JGaladePablo Hey Julia, Thanks for putting all of this together! We show 3 colors here actually, 2 fluorescent and 1 brightfield, However this technique isn't limited to only 2 fluorescent colors. It has the same limitations as normal fluorescent techniques, so ~10 would be possible.
