@CoachSRyan @STAHawksMBB You have learned from the best. Add on your old man and a man named Faz to the list. Best of luck in the state tournament, Sean!!

Coaches are in it for the WRONG reasons if they:

Demean/manipulate players
Are disrespectful
Place winning above all
Play faves
Don’t teach the game
Ignore injuries
Play head games
Talk behind players backs
Blame players for losses
Take credit for successes
Think it’s about them

[Nick Buonocore @Nick_Buonocore]

If you coach youth sports and base your “success” off wins & losses and not off trying to develop kids to be THEIR best, in & out of sport, you got it wrong.

[Westwood Girls Basketball @WWgirlshoops]

Kevin Macdonald was a Westwood High graduate (1964), raised a family in Norwood, and was an ardent champion and supporter of basketball in both communities. Congrats to Charlotte Hurley, the Kevin Macdonald Most Outstanding Player in the 1st annual Giles Parker Crosstown Classic!

The recruiting process is full of ups & downs -- exhilaration & frustration.

Send the next email.

Send the next DM.

You don't know what door it could open -- opportunity it could create.

Initiative. Effort. Resilience. Persistence. Patience.

@CoachSRyan Thanks Sean 👊

One of the finest kids I have had the pleasure to work with. Kevin is great defensively shortstop who can also mash. Big things coming for him #rollbeavs

[MWS Devils @MWS_Devils]

Congrats to our guy @_kevinhurley3 for his committing to Babson. Kevin is a great kid who is a stud shortstop. Hard worker who is really going to only get better at the next level. #rollbeavs
