@lacherbauer Wouldn't selling Soldier Field to the Bears be a violation of the 1973 Lake Michigan and Chicago Lakefront Protection Ordinance? It states, "The Lakefront by right belongs to the people." The Chicago Bears are a private entity.

@danpompei If the Bears' ownership can't afford to build the stadium with their own money, then they shouldn't move. The Illinois citizens will be paying off the remodeling of Soldier Field for decades to come & the Bears want more money from residents. F' that.
