When an athlete is being evaluated… it’s very important for you to understand; are you here to compete or participate?

How can you beat someone who won’t fu****g quit?

This one session was 🔥. Great job @AvaWijdan2031

[Ava Wijdan @AvaWijdan2031]

Clips from my most recent fielding lesson! We worked mainly on “absorbing” the ball and having soft hands as well as starting to work on my slot throws. It’s all a work in progress!

Development isn’t an “event”. It’s the standard.

I’m already seeing 2027s decommit because of 5-for-5.

I’ll keep saying this over and over: you are not done being recruited until you’ve exhausted your eligibility.

Recruiting doesn’t stop when you commit. It doesn’t stop when you sign. It doesn’t stop after your freshman year. Stay ready, keep developing, and never assume your spot is guaranteed.

“Don’t look at what somebody else is doing, value what you’re doing. Don’t worry about what they bring to the table, bring what YOU bring to the table and some of you are not where you supposed to be because you have LIMITED thinking and I want to CHALLENGE you today, you just as special as everybody else… You just as powerful as everybody else… You just as unique as everybody else… You just as gifted as everybody else.” - Eric Thomas

Say it louder for the people in the back 📣 @_coachrachel

[Rachel Coleman @_coachrachel]

The people you spend time criticizing are often the same people making progress while you stand still.

Focus on yourself. Build, learn, grow.

There’s enough success in this world for everyone.
