@JohnRiche @StJohnsTelegram All residential , yes , but at peak periods I suspect more vehicles than that , perhaps right turn only on bells turns . The answer is 47A , but it appears that may be some form of emergency use , was hard to see the writing on the plans .

@JohnRiche @StJohnsTelegram Totally agree we need more development John , but I know that area quite well and Bell's Turn is not set up for that increased traffic flow . I have seen the plans for the development , seems reasonable, except they need to figure out a better way for traffic to move .
