On July 3, 2008, it was announced that Vodafone had agreed to acquire 70% of Ghana Telecom, now Telecel, from the Ghanaian government at a cost of US$900 million and a total enterprise value of approximately US$1.3 billion. We sold 70% of our own, now failing to provide affordable data to the people of Ghana. You are regulating (out of jealousy) MTN that had invested in this. Now, the NCA is telling them to make their prices higher. Why don't you tell our Telecom to invest and improve theirs? You are intentionally milking the people of Ghana in the name of SMP!

I want to share my horrific experience with the Consulate General of Ghana in New York (Ghana Embassy). My spirit will not be happy if I keep mute about this issue. @GhanaMFA@AyorkorBotchwey@HajiaMaha1
