@CannondaleGen Same here. My generator stopped working 2 days in. Now nearly 2 months later and still nothing. We’re moving on to a more reliable firm to service and repair going forward.

@CannondaleGen Nearly two weeks since we called during Isaias. And have made 3 subsequent calls. All picked up by answering service. No response. Just an email reply from someone (an owner I think) saying ‘we got a lot of calls’. That was a week ago. Still no ETA. And no running generator.

@CannondaleGen Shame on you @CannondaleGen - existing client for over 10 years on maintenance plan. Over 3 days since my generator failed and no reply. All I asked for was an ETA. Even a guess. It’s no way to treat your customers.
