$PLTR CEO Dr. Alex Karpโs Q4 2024 earnings message to retail shareholders ๐ฎ๐ฅ
โWeโre doing it! And Iโm sure youโre having just as much fun as I amโโผ๏ธ
โPalantir is here to disrupt and make the institutions we partner with the very best in the world, and when itโs necessary, to scare our enemies, and on occasion, kill them.
โLetโs not talk to analysts about the burden of being right. Our burden of investing in Ontology. Our burden of actually looking at the math. The burden of reading what a rule of 40 is. The burden of being honest about what an enterprise software company is. Or the burden of explaining to your friends that youโre really happy. ๐คฃ
โIโm very happy to have you along for the journey. You are partners for us. Every Palantirian, we are crushing it.
โWe have dedicated our company to the service of the West and the USA, and weโre super proud of the role we play, especially in places we canโt talk about.
The Wegovy pill was approved in the UK yesterday. Pre-orders for our Juniper customers went live today.
Thatโs how healthcare should work. Drug manufacturers innovate, and customers donโt have to wait to feel great.
If youโre in the UK, we canโt wait to help you on your weight loss journey. Learn more here: https://t.co/CeSUxYQMQi

For most men, health is about more than just losing weight, keeping your hair, or maintaining your sex life. Itโs about trying to unlock a better version of yourself. The science is advancing and menโs options to feel great are expanding.
Thatโs why Iโm so excited to welcome Dr. Anant Vinjamoori to the team as our Chief Medical Officer of @wearehims . Heโs a leading expert in preventive and longevity care, and is one of the few clinicians in the world that has deep clinical experience and a command of the latest diagnostic and therapeutic technology (including peptides).
Joining Dr. Pat Carrollโs wider team of medical experts, Dr. Vinjamoori will provide the clinical guidance that shapes the next phase of the Hims brand across all of our categories โ both existing and still to come.
Dr. Vinjamooriโs been at the leading edge of care for men for more than a decade, and I canโt wait for our Hims customers to feel his impact.
Welcome, Anant!

We are on the precipice of an extraordinary moment in medicine. Over the next several years, an avalanche of potentially game-changing therapies will reach patients: across metabolic health, hormones, neuropsychiatry, regenerative medicine, and beyond. GLP-1s were just the beginning.
But the defining challenge of this moment isn't discovery, it's delivery. How do we bring these therapies to people in a way that realizes their full potential: one that embraces individual choice while remaining uncompromisingly safe and scientifically rigorous?
That's the problem I'm here to work on. I'm grateful to join and help lead a team building the biggest platform for people to access the future of medicine.
Today, we closed our acquisition of Eucalyptus, advancing our position as the worldโs largest consumer health platform.
When @_Timdoyle and I first met, healthcare looked very different (and so did our lives - I was a first-time dad, still on paternity leave when we had our first lunch). Proactive healthcare still felt niche and the concept of direct-to-consumer access was misunderstood as a trend.
Five years later, the world has changed (and so has life โ Iโm now a dad to three boys, and Timโs a father, too). People are no longer willing to navigate through arbitrary barriers for the simplest kinds of care. Healthcare innovators like drugmakers and diagnostic companies have realized connecting directly with individuals is the most powerful way to grow.
But what has stayed the same is how aligned Tim and I are on what the future of health can and should be. Itโs simple, deeply personal, and built for everyday life. It became clear at the end of last year that the time has never been more right to come together.
Today, weโre operating as one company, focused on reaching millions of people around the world with a version of health that feels like a luxury, but doesnโt cost like one. Combining Eucalyptusโ local expertise with our scale means we can serve millions of people around the world and expand the network effects of the platform. Weโll become an everyday health companion and a partner to other healthcare innovators who want to build long-term relationships with their customers.
I told the entire team this morning: The most enduring consumer companies are the ones that create a completely new way of experiencing the most personal parts of our lives. My kids deserve a different version of health than I got. So do Timโs. So do yours. Thatโs what weโre building at Hims & Hers and I canโt wait for the world to see whatโs possible.

I spoke with @washingtonpost about whatโs coming next for us, and we covered everything from GLP-1s to supplements to biological age to peptides. But the bigger picture is how we can create better access to the things that can help anyone feel great.
Thanks @PostRowland for a great conversation about whatโs coming next in health and how weโre building it at Hims & Hers.
@CMDarnton0 thanks for your ideas and look forward to your continued collaboration. Also, what are your thoughts on this announcement? Pivotal opportunity:

2026 is proving to be a defining year at Hims & Hers. More and more, we are the partner people rely on for a simpler, more personal path to feeling great.
Our Q1 2026 results are now live and they make it clear that we arenโt just growing. Weโre showing the world what happens when you focus on transforming what people believe is possible in healthcare.
Hereโs what to know from todayโs numbers:
- Weโre building momentum in the US. There are more ways than ever for customers to start โ and stay โ with Hims & Hers. Thatโs driving momentum across all of our specialties, especially weight loss, where weโre seeing near-record adoption levels since March. Our strategic shift is paying off.
- Our global reach is multiplying our impact. As we expand globally, weโll bring more data points into our ecosystem and extend the network effects of our platform. This isnโt just good for our customers. Itโs good for our partners, too, who are starting to see the potential in a high-touch, personal platform experience designed to help customers stick to their treatment plans longer and achieve their goals better than with medication alone.
- We have deeper-than-ever relationships with our customers. Weโre moving beyond simply responding to symptoms by investing in areas like diagnostics that make it easier for anyone to feel their best. Weโre now a trusted, comprehensive health partner thatโs helping customers proactively discover early signs of conditions that may not be symptomatic yet.
- Our platform is getting harder to replicate. Our technology and data infrastructure is getting more agile and more intelligent with tens of millions of customer touchpoints. We power the end-to-end customer experience, which means weโre constantly growing a closed-loop, proprietary data flywheel that we believe is unmatched.
Iโve never been more confident in the future of health โย and Iโve never been more sure that weโre the ones building it.

As of this morning, providers on our platform can now send prescriptions for Zepboundยฎ vials and KwikPenยฎ, as well as Foundayoโข, to the LillyDirectยฎ pharmacy and access self-pay pricing for our customers because of an expansion in our platformโs functionality.
In many ways, today reminds me of Netflixโs early days, when everyone talked about whether they would have the latest blockbuster in their catalog. As if Netflixโs success depended on its ability to become the distribution channel for a single film.
They were missing the forest for the trees: Netflix wasnโt just renting DVDs. It was changing consumer behavior by ruthlessly prioritizing choice and inventing new pathways to the things people wanted the most.
By offering a full range of FDA-approved GLP-1s on our platform, weโre similarly giving our customers more choices through all the tools we have available โ and weโll continue to push here on behalf of everyone who depends on us for their care.

AI can and should change the speed of innovation. Weโre now entering an era where you can build a profitable company with a few humans and a lot of AI tools.
But in healthcare, innovation means facilitating more real patient-provider relationships and expanding access to actionable health information. It means using AI to help scale access to high-quality, specialty care for more people. Our CTO Mo is building this in real time โย more on his teamโs progress below.
Customers donโt care how much revenue you made last year. They care how safe they are, how much easier you make their life, and how you help them achieve their health goals. There is no substitute for clinical expertise. @tristanharris says that the best version of AI is one that is specifically focused on enhancing a pro-human future. I agree.
Speed, growth, and a high valuation mean nothing if your customers canโt trust you or are exposed to risk from the moment they start a relationship with you. โHyper-efficientโ shouldnโt become code for โcutting corners.โ Nothing justifies gambling with real peopleโs lives.
When you focus on helping people get healthy, not just getting them through the door, the rest follows.
