Grok Bot is now available to everyone with a standard Grok or Cursor subscription. It's grown faster than any product we've seen.
It's been particularly exciting to see the range of jobs people delegate to Grok Bot, from running small e-commerce businesses (including support, advertising, inventory, finance), coordinating customer events (directly pinging and working with dozens of human coworkers), testing production software, and completing large, mundane parts of users' day-to-day work.
Grok @bot is the best combination of elegance and power for an agents I’ve seen to date.
Hermes, OpenClaw, Perplexity computer and Cowork are all exceptional but complicated, and I’m addicted to all four.
Then there’s @bot, which has removed all features and menus and tuning switches in those products in favor of a HAL, SAMANTHA, JOSHUA (war games), JARVIS vision of the world:
“just talk to it”
This is a bold product decision by someone, and it doesn’t wins by default — but I appreciate that someone had a point of view and slammed their hand on the table and said “make it like JARVIS or don’t make it” (I assume!)
Collected Grok Bot pro tips shared by the @bot team:
1) Connect multiple accounts across plugins (i.e. personal and work Gmail accounts)
2) One Chief of Staff plus a few specialists beats one mega-chat
3) Pin your top 1-2 agents for quick access
4) Have it keep a Notion page of outstanding work so you can ask "what's left" instead of babysitting
5) Treat each bot as a job, not a whole project
6) For difficult tasks, hit “teach a task” in the browser, record yourself doing it once, and the bot can repeat it
7) Ask the bot which team skills and plugins to turn on for your job
8) Tell your bot to generate an avatar for each of your bots
9) Consider turning on Always Allow and turning off Auto Review to make your bots more autonomous, make sure to test workflows first (be careful!)
10) Create sections in your sidebar to organize your bots
11) Resize the sidebar when you need additional space
12) Ask your bots to evaluate themselves and suggest improvements to workflows
