@ukbear03 Multiple high school games I was at this year, refs told the captains that making any 3 sign will be an automatic T. It was a point of emphasis in NC. I only saw one T given, but saw very few 3 signs.
@GrantDahlstrom Down 1, call a timeout you don’t have as soon as the ball goes in, clock stops, technical foul. Opponents take 2 free throws then have to inbound the ball with about 0:06 on the clock up by no more than three.
Coach has to be smart enough to have thought through this.
@DNeckel19@UVABasketball Love this one. I have found myself referring to difficulties as “painful gifts” since he said it. It’s amazing how gratitude refocuses us in trials and even personal failures.
@spartanannie MS game I was coaching this year:
Ref signals a turnover as my player dribbles up court.
Me: Did he carry?
Ref: Moving screen
Me: Got it. Who was the foul on?
Ref: No foul. He didn’t touch him.
Me: *confused look*
Ref: You’ve never heard of a moving screen?
@elonmusk I believe number 1 (16 year old requirement for social media and age verification) should be the law of every land. Social media has long been a predatory business—addicting those too young to make adult decisions.
The other 3 are a problem though.
@hail2snerd@ACCFootball@ACCSports I saw myself in this video. I was surprised by the poor turnout on the Duke side of the stadium given that it’s in NC. The UVA side wasn’t completely full, but had probably twice as many as what you see is this video. The upper deck above you was packed.
@MrAlexZpace@JoeDingey@PayTheBillsPod Refs blew the play dead for “unabated to the kicker” so the field goal would NOT have counted had he made it. It should NOT have been roughing the kicker, but unnecessary roughness as the play had been blown dead.
@UVAMensHoops Nope. I’ll miss seeing the game, but I’m siding with the ones who are NOT trying to raise prices. I get that you have to toe the @accnetwork line, but I won’t.
@Swingtheclubken@NUCLRGOLF PGA made players choose. LIV allowed participation in both. PGA could reverse that ruling and get their players back in a heartbeat. While they’re at it, allow PGA players to have personal YouTube channels.
