OptumRx has to be the worst mail order pharmacy on the planet. After failing to fill two new prescriptions for over a week, I had my doctor cancel with them and sent the order to my local Walgreens. They have them ready for pickup now. #OptumRx needs to do better.

@ask_Arlo Um, I'm the one that started that thread and was first to report the issue. I was also the first to discover that it was the firmware update that caused this. God you people are slow.

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

@ArloSmartHome How do you get the attention of your software engineers? A firmware was pushed to the VMB5000 smarthubs last night that broke local recordings.

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

How in the world do you get an engineer at Microsoft to look at an issue?!? I've been trying for three months going through the official Xbox Support and nothing has been done. At this rate, I will have no hair left in a month.

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

@XboxSupport What's up with marketplace? I'm trying to purchase some Fallout add-on's for the 360 and it keeps failing with a "Runtime Error". Occasional the page shows up, but when I click through to purchase, it says "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time."

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

chocoTaco, Boom, and Hollywood Bob as the announcer.
Funny stuff.

@Zmodo, not selling or supporting the Greet Pro any longer? Shameful... I guess it is time to switch to @ArloSmartHome

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

How bad is it that @Zmodo can't even answer a simple e-mail after 2 days? #Zmodo #Fail

@FOX2now What is up with your audio?!? It is constantly silent when you switch to another person. Really irritating when you can't hear what they are saying.

[Jeff Randall @JeffRand]

@philipshuedev Where is your Hue Entertainment Development Kit (EDK)? GitHub comes back with a 404 error when I click your link. https://t.co/mN5SwlRnCr
