A Georgia handyman swapped his car for a pink Barbie toy car to beat rising gas prices.

Mali Hightower pulled a broken Power Wheels Dream Camper out of the trash and installed a small gas engine from a power washer to give him an alternative to speed around town in instead of his usual mode of transportation.

His 1996 Mercedes-Benz convertible typically costs about $90 to fill.

The tiny pink vehicle tops out around 35 mph and is now turning heads everywhere he goes as Americans search for cheaper ways to get around.

100 Days Missing.

Nancy Guthrie, 84, has now been missing for 100 days after investigators say she was abducted from her Tucson-area home. Authorities say the investigation remains active, though no major new leads have been announced.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has faced sharp criticism over his handling of the case — including from FBI Director Kash Patel, who alleged the sheriff’s office delayed the FBI's involvement in the investigation. Nanos is facing calls from local officials to vacate his office amid unrelated misconduct allegations.

A combined reward of more than $1.2M remains unclaimed. The family is urging anyone with information to call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
