Why have ballot harvesting? That was implemented for disabled and seniors that is hard for them to go vote. Not walk out to thier mailbox.

Why is ballot harvesting a thing and why are there drop boxes when you have universal mail in voting?

Ballot harvesting is meant for your little old neighbor that can't make it to vote.

Drop boxes are made for convenience if you can't drop off a ballot at the polling centers.

If you can just throw a stamp on it and put it in your mailbox,

Neither of those should exist.
