You can see it happened while I was asleep and apparently I requested an appeal witch I never did so my account had to be compromised when my laptop was hacked that week. It’s 100% an error and I should not be banned. PLEASE HELP ME!

Doesnr explain WhatsApp age violation but either way I’m 23 and was never even given a chance to prove my age I just woke up to me being banned. I got a email at 4:34am saying I was banned and to appeal, at 4:36am it said my appeal was denied. I never even got to try though so not me

I was clearly banned under false pretenses and it’s infuriating it’s this hard to get support when I’m clearly old enough to use the platform and haven’t broken any terms for service. My belief if when my account was compromised someone posted scams and got me banned.

I rely on those services to connect with my family and freind and alumni from my old highschool. Facebook I relied on for my work doing tech repair from home and now none of my customers can contact me for support. Instagram was where all my friends comunicated with me.

At 4am 2 weeks ago my computer was hacked. My account was hacked. I got it back. But then was told I was banned with zero way to apeal. Support couldn’t help. Supervisor wouldn’t even let me speak. I’m very disappointed and losing my WhatsApp has ruined me.
