You cannot swear an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, and be affiliated with a group whose stated purpose, repeatedly and loudly, is to dismantle the Constitution.

This isn't a big secret. It's not a conspiracy. They say it themselves over and over and over again.

We need to start litigating the oath and the legal weight it carries, and disqualify all DSA members and affiliates from holding public office.

It's really that simple, and the sooner we start the easier it will be. Every DSA member should be removed from office immediately, and no future DSA member should be allowed on the ballot.
