Poor service/product from @TaylorMadeGolf@TaylorMadeTour@ClubhouseGolf M4 iron set bought new 9 months ago. 2 separate club heads have come off from shaft. Surely a recall/replacements are needed. Quoted 3 weeks test/repair time. Confidence gone & its peak season!! Very poor
@ClubhouseGolf@TaylorMadeGolf@TaylorMadeTour I havent sent them back no. Reason being, I'm not happy with your offering and I'm waiting for an improved offer. If I send them back, you will repair/return them to me. Then I have a product with a proven fault, and I will be back to square one.

Sending clubs back for repair so soon and at an additional cost. Would you take a new car back for repairs so soon or challenge its quality?

@alanshearer very thought provoking documentary. The only way any decisions can be made is with evidence and not knee jerk reactions. The governing bodies need to be honest with themselves and pull their fingers out. Pleased our greatest No9 got the all clear too...SHEARER!!!
