“At Robinhood Markets, our values are in service of our customers. We strive to uphold our values every day.” Except when a customer questions being charged $100 fee to transfer $20 of stock. No transparency. @RobinhoodApp does not live up to their values. Thanks @vladtenev
@vladtenev what happened to your company? Your name represents sticking up for the little guy. But your customer service team have zero accountability. And you have zero transparency about fees in correspondence about a transaction.“Because it’s policy” is a bullshit response.
@RobinhoodApp Hiding fees that could have easily been included in correspondence about a transfer. Intentional lack of transparency and Zero accountability. Way to hide behind a name that represents sticking up for the little guy.
@RobinhoodApp nonsense. You sent multiple emails about this transfer and never said there would be a fee nor gave me a chance to opt out. All customer service replies have just been “it’s a standard fee.” Yet you never mentioned the fee in any of our correspondence.
Just got out of chat with another @RobinhoodApp rep. Who basically says “that’s policy” and shut down the conversation with no options for escalation. I asked for how to contact VP of customer service and was told “we don’t provide that information”.
You just took the money from other brokerage account and never even mentioned it. This is shady. Complete lack of transparency. Fix this @RobinhoodApp live up to your reputation and your name.
@RobinhoodApp charging a $100 fee to transfer $30 of stocks to an another broker without disclosing the fee or giving me an opportunity to cancel the transfer is unethical, and completely goes against your advertised ethos.
@lasanta all dressed and ready to go, but this cold is kicking my ass. Missing another year due to illness. Hope someone else has picked up my tradition of being the real Santa and brought some toys for the kids.

@paulscheer@KatyTurNBC If you're still up watching. Clayton County, GA is still counting tonight and might flip GA before morning. Independent journalist @RKempNewsDaily is on the scene.
@Ask_Spectrum@GetSpectrum continue to be a terrible company. A while back called to negotiate a discount. Was offered $15 a month less for a year, was told it was applied. Nope. Called back today, they don't care, and had zero interest in honoring what their rep offered.
My office for at least the rest of the month...
I don’t think I have it but I’m experiencing symptoms which are probably just a cold so I won’t even be leaving the house for at least two weeks. I have all the food I… https://t.co/LRLO8jJhVQ
@unspooled I’d forgotten how great Sunrise is. For more expressionism. Also check out the silent short Life and Desth of 9413, only 13 minutes long and available on YouTube https://t.co/sfkTPvyQZb
@paulscheer Glad you loved this movie. Another great expressionist film is the silent short Life and Death of 9413. Only 13 minutes. You can watch it on YouTube. https://t.co/sfkTPvyQZb
This is not an Alamo Drafthouse policy. It is unique to the LA location. Shame on @alamodrafthouse for allowing their franchisee to tarnish their reputation.
@ICGLocal600 please share with your members that the new @DrafthouseLA is anti-living wage by charging an “optional” 3% living-wage surcharge. They should raise prices if they can’t afford to pay staff what they deserve. A living wage is the cost of doing business.
