@btc_cfo@jeremyrooks@gif_tannen No because there’s a rule about hindrance. The batter did nothing wrong or intentional here. Should be dead ball and runner goes back to 1st.
@Rogue_Cruiser@gif_tannen Naw that’s a bs call, batter don’t do anything wrong.
The analogy would be that you’re driving the speed limit in the normal lane where you should be, and another car just rear ends you instead of passing.
@gif_tannen Batter struck out swinging. Was not even recovered from his swing, so I don’t see how he can possibly have any intent to hinder that already-too-late throw.
Ump sucks, and it sure looks looks catcher did it on purpose. His bench is probably all standing up calling BS.
Been on a bit of analog mastering kick lately. @jackpotrecords also has some
Kevin Gray mastered stuff on their label too.
I got their pressings of Bill Evans/Jim Hall - Undercurrent, and the Wipers - Is This Real. Also sound fantastic!
For you vinyl enthusiasts out here, I finally picked up some of those Rhino High Fidelity editions, with the AAA analog mastering by Kevin Grey.
They sound flipping’ amazing, very dynamic and great separation! Highly recommended if you enjoy hifi!
Matching Super Veloz in use on various Spanish letterhead (ca. 1940s–’50s) to our Super Veloz specimen book (ca. 1950).
Super Veloz is a modular typographic system developed by Joan Trochut in 1942, the elements of which can be combined into typographic or decorative forms.
@JomboyMedia Was absolutely on purpose. Pitcher is throwing a hissy tantrum, blaming the catcher for his own shitty placement on the previous hit. Hope the coaches noticed that crap.
Shot in the dark here, but are there any vintage hifi audio enjoyers out there? I have a Pioneer SX-1050 in need of some re-capping, but the techs in KC are all booked up.
Audiomart is 2 years out. Electronics center is about 6 months. Sheesh.
Anyone “know a guy?”
Love this breakdown! My son was a catcher for travel teams up through high school. They were always taught to frame as much as they could, but keeping it moving makes sense. Smoke and mirrors!
