@Wirezd57 Fun fact, in the original 1963 Malaysian Constitution when Singapore was in Malaysia, Sabah Head of State was called ‘Yang di-Pertua Negara’ while Singapore was ‘Yang di-Pertuan Negara’, and Sarawak was using English term ‘Governor’.

@syahir Why shouldn’t it be counted in the 40% share? Doesn’t Schedule 10, Part IV, Section 2(1) of the Federal Constitution state ‘net revenue’? And doesn’t ‘net revenue’ mean any revenue the Federation collects from Sabah?
