Training for the 2026 Berlin Marathon started today! Coach Bennett said, “Being alone doesn’t mean you are lonely, and being lonely doesn’t mean you are alone.” WOW! I’ll be thinking about that all day. I am THANKFUL that even though I was alone on this run, I was not lonely!
