@the_transit_guy Its not just infrastructure, its everything. For a while I was in China a lot. My takeaway was the younger generation there is actually looking forward to the future, to innovation. That underpins the momentum they have, in contrast to much of the USA. We need to get unstuck.

@dlknowles While it can get down to 350 or 375, each parking space in a structure runs 425-450 square feet, inc. drive aisle, ramp etc. A residential unit (urban) could be anywhere from 500 to 800 SF for a studio / 1 BR, inc. circulation.
