@hoselink Just received your hose reel in the US. The user manual says to still 1.5 inches deep, however the instructional video on your website say 2 inches. Can you please confirm which is correct so I can install?

@PeiWei food was completely inedible. Chicken was overcooked and tasted like leather. Don’t think I’ve ever literally not been able to eat something because it was so bad. Always issues at your restaurant.

@PeiWei ordered your poke bowl, last week they forgot the rice, tried again last night and asked for extra dressing and instead we got NO dressing. Might want to start actually checking orders before giving them to customers.
