@randomrecruiter why put of 4? You're well positioned, and its the end game.
Also in-house ain't so bad. If you go early enough, you can build out 0-1, and wear multiple hats. Then you can rinse and repeat those skills, and add to your toolkit for when you do 4.

@randomrecruiter at the very least, it gives you broad exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, business practices, and maybe even different industries. If you do decide it's not for you, you'll at least be better informed on what potential direction to go next.

@NeelBParekh just got back yesterday. munnar for the elevation and tea gardens, wayanad for the forest and tiger reserves, kovalam or varkala for the beaches. day trip on a boathouse is enough IMO. plan for heavy traffic despite close distances, eapecially near kochi
@singhcredible solid breakdown. ran x-country growing up, doc told me it was shin splints - 10 years later after no relief, I learned I had Chronic Exertional Compartment syndrome via pressure testing. It's rare, but worth looking into if pain is not going away.
