@girdley Reminds me of a rezoning I did in 2007 in Atlanta. I had to meet with the largest HOA in the town to get their blessing. It was a 55+ community. One of the leaders of the HOA stood up mid presentation and said. “I have two words to say about that out parcel…RED LOBSTER”.
