@Claim_Deskedge I private messaged and was initially told I had cancelled the order (not true) then as I have emailed the seller (multiple times so far) I have to wait 48 hours for them to respond before B&Q can find a resolution. I am disappointed in you B&Q

@corsobathrooms by @bandq_help I ordered a bathroom cabinet on 13/12/25 and it still hasn’t been delivered! I waited in all day (8am-8pm) and have called/emailed the company several times. They attempted to deliver again but never informed me! Please advise

@nbhdweekender Please can you allow my brother who is in a wheelchair onto the accessible viewing platform. I was told if there was space this would be possible. I cannot get a message to his carer to pass this information on and security are stopping him.

@JDaviesPhD As an Occupational therapist I believe we just need more of everything. Mental health intervention has changed drastically during my 30+ years and funding just isn’t being managed effectively.
