Just because anyone can build software now doesn't mean software is dead. Anyone can bake bread in their home right now, yet 99% of us still choose to buy it from someone else. Simple products are complex! I will always be happy to pay someone to handle the nuances.
Saw someone say to turn @orinfitzgerald notifications on because “something big is coming.” Now it feels like i joined a live event with so many notifications.
Whats going on 💀
@kubadesign Sony XM series hands down. XM4 Have been my daily driver for couple of years have no problem with battery. My wife bought the new ones last month and they are even better
@hunterhammonds@ollieroby_ Would love a followup on this one of this days. I moved from a 3 monitor setup to 2, but I’m still not 100% happy with it. I’ve been thinking about switching to one bigger monitor instead, but I’m worried I’ll spend the money and end up going back to 2 again.
Yesterday I watched the new @designertom video about where he thinnks portfolio websites are heading.
Honestly, it felt like a breath of fresh air.
Hearing someone you admire talk about something you’ve believed in, but were scared to try, hits different. 🧵↓
Then @designertom said something that stuck with me:
“Build to learn.”
That line as simple as it was hit like a truck.
So that’s what I’m going to do.I’m going to treat my portfolio like a playground. Try new tools. Test new workflows. Experiment.
