@GWRHelp It's very annoying that the 14:03 from Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury was cancelled at very short notice so I couldn't take the 13:43 instead, and that neither the 14:00 nor the 14:22 which both travel past Keynsham and Oldfield Park has had them added as stops.
@GWRHelp please, I mean this in the kindest possible way, can you ensure your on-board displays work: the audio is terrible so could also do with upgrading(!), but I've just taken a chance that this service on platform 11 at Bristol is the delayed 21:45 departure towards P'smouth
@GWRHelp Thanks for your response. I was referring specifically to the ticket acceptance with First bus on the X39 between Bath and Bristol on the planned engineering page. How do I prove to the bus driver that my smart card has a valid ticket loaded onto it?
@GWRHelp Just found out after the scheduled departure time that my train will actually be 40 minutes late when all along the inbound service was very delayed; can I request that we're informed of delays like this as soon as they happen so that we can make plans to travel earlier?
@BristolCouncil Good morning, I'd like to request that warning signs are put up ahead of works that completely block pedestrian routes. I almost missed my train recently when Christmas Steps was closed with no prior warning and now this.
@83thann3@FirstBSA Thanks for replying, I understand this wouldn't be possible for unplanned closures, but I wonder whether something like this in future could be mentioned in the same place as the message about the timetable changes tomorrow.
@FirstBSA Please can the app be updated to clearly tell people where to catch the 39 and other services while the bus station is closed? Everything looked normal on the journey planner and when I searched for the alternative stops The Horsefair (S3) and (S5) they didn't come up!
@LidlGB I was really excited to make the Spanish stew from Batch From Scratch tonight but couldn't find frozen chopped onions or sliced peppers in your Bath store - do you normally stock them here?
@FirstBSA Good morning, can you let me know how to claim a refund for the ยฃ3 ticket I bought before I knew the last 19 to Bath last night was cancelled? Thanks
@FirstBSA Thanks Keja, it was the 1 going towards Cribbs Causeway. I didn't travel very far, but I hope it can be fed back to the depot for drivers to take check everyone has boarded the bus before closing the door! And if it's policy, to make sure everyone is sat down before pulling away.
@FirstBSA My message earlier seems to have deleted; I've been left with a sore arm after catching this bus near Temple Meads at about 11:38 because the driver shut the door as I was boarding. They also pulled off before I had a chance to sit down. This could've badly hurt someone
@FirstBSA I boarded this bus near Temple Meads around 11:38 this morning and the driver closed the door as I was getting on. They then drove off before I had a chance to sit down. I have a slightly sore arm but I want to report it because someone could've been badly hurt by this.
@GWRHelp Thanks, but how do I claim it? I'd be at least 30 minutes late because I couldn't get back from Lawrence Hill in time for the 22:40, so how do I let the delay repay system know that?
@GWRHelp Hi, can I get compensation because late-notice platform alterations at Bristol Temple Meads led me to get on the wrong train? The 22:25 towards Frome was changed from 11 to 1 to 3, and in a panic, I and at least two others boarded the train already on platform 3
Can I also request that when there are platform alterations at the last minute, someone walks through the train before it departs to check that everyone is on the right train?
@GWRHelp Is there any way you could let passengers from Bristol to Bath know whether the stopping or nonstop train will depart first when there are delays? I didn't find anyone to ask until after I'd changed platforms assuming nonstop would go first and it was too late to go back
@GWRHelp Hi, I'm travelling from Bristol to Bath and unfortunately when I found out the 17:00 Paddington train was delayed it was too late to transfer onto the 17:03 Frome train. As I'm now >15 minutes delayed, can I claim Delay Repay despite the fact the 17:03 departed on time?
