As discussed on the latest episode of The Complete Hulk Hogan, here is an absolutely WILD promo that aired only on Philadelphia's PRISM channel on Valentine's Day 1981. Here Hulk says - we believe for the first time on camera - that he will be in Rocky III, which began shooting the next month.
It's notable that prior to this, Hogan had made only one vague reference to such an opportunity on WWF's syndicated TV, the contents of which WWF controlled to a much greater degree than they did PRISM's. Basically, PRISM was a place Hogan could go into business for himself on the mic, and we've noted how differently his promos (sans Blassie) sounded on this channel compared to ones with Vince Jr. holding the mic.
And we're still wondering what Hulk could POSSIBLY MEAN when he says, "I import all my fine products, everything I want ... the finest I've got, I fly in from Cocoa Beach on the weekends just to keep my anxiety down. I'm always high. I'm always on top of the world."

@dpeck100 One on the left is probably a quick auto (going down the line) for fans…same angle and and pen pressure throughout the signature…regardless, tough call…usually those that fake autographs wouldn’t do a quick/poor quality looking auto…not very appealing to the buyer…
The Post Office will not deliver mail-in ballots for the 2026 midterm elections to states that refuse to comply with President Trump’s election integrity executive order.
Backed by Bernie Sanders and Zohran Mamdani, Brad Lander just pulled off a major Democratic primary upset.
The Former New York City Comptroller defeated Rep. Dan Goldman, the former federal prosecutor who served as lead counsel during the first impeachment inquiry into President Trump.
Goldman was first elected to Congress in 2022 after winning a crowded Democratic primary in the newly redrawn district.
The victory is being seen as a win for the Democratic Party's progressive wing in one of the bluest congressional districts in the country.
@gehrig38 Owners should stop giving $100 plus million dollar contracts to players hitting .250 with 35 homeruns per year…does anyone hit above .300 anymore? Very few do nowadays…I wouldn’t want to pay most of these players either…
To move off topic from the multitude of violence being committed solely on the basis of race, daily... To any MLB fans, I 1000% guarantee you there will be a lockout, and an EXTENDED stoppage this winter. Absolutely certain. Having been involved in 1994 and beyond as a Rep and in the room, I can assure you there is zero chance of a resolution before pain is inflicted on the game. Tony Clark, in conceding what he did, has made it impossible to go back, and the owners want their cap. FWIW it's ridiculous, on what planet do employees tell their employers "You CANNOT spend more money on me/us"? None, it's stupid. The owners want a cap NOT because of the cost, but because of the INSANE leap in value every franchise will undergo. The only shot is if the players collapse. FYI, the owners are looking for ONE player, JUST ONE, to say something to the effect of "I don't see why we should be afraid of a cap" or something to that effect. That'll, in their minds, give them MONTHS to try and persuade the group.
