I woke up to my Google Health AI coach telling me I had a high readiness score for a workout today. I had Spotify AI fire up a workout playlist. Zwift AI recommended a specific workout. Strava AI gave me a post workout summary.

The AIs are colluding to keep us fit.

Cybercabs and the new Waymo Ojais are being tested all over Dallas. I have also seen a ton of Uber Avride vehicles rolling around and hear Zoox has started testing.

Dallas has become the battleground for the autonomous vehicle golden age.

I'm on pat leave and my 3rd beautiful child has arrived! Aspen is part of generation beta, defined as starting this year. She will grow up IN the age of AI.

As a parent, this will require navigating the future with her. The best way to prepare her is to prepare myself by staying at the bleeding edge and looking ahead so I can raise her to be happy and successful however the world may change.
