I’m Stranded in Lagos guys
I Need Your Support 🙏
Hi, my name is Esther Ubak. I came all the way from Akwa Ibom State to Lagos for an exhibition, full of hope and excitement, dreaming that this trip would open doors for my craft and creativity.
I’m a startup without funding anywhere, and to make this trip possible, I had to borrow money from friends, gather materials, and cover my travel expenses, all with the hope that the exhibition would be a success.
But things didn’t turn out as I expected. The exhibition didn’t go as planned, and now, I’m faced with the reality of having to refund every single amount I borrowed.
I really need the support I can get right now.
So here I am, still in Ajah, Lagos, with all the beautiful, handcrafted, upcycled pieces I brought along. I cannot go back home until they are sold, and every piece carries the love, time, and creativity I poured into it.
Below this post are the products available for pickup, each with its price tag clearly displayed.
So If you’re in Lagos and love unique art, this is your chance to grab something special.
📍 Location: Ajah, Lagos
📲 To order: Screenshot your favorite piece(s) and DM me on WhatsApp: +2347080501180
If you can’t afford a piece right now, you can still share this post, refer a friend, or invite someone who might love them. Your support, big or small really means the world and can help turn this setback into a blessing. 🙏

We are really not angry enough in this country.
We are not angry enough at all.
Some people in this country are not even angry at all. They are either oblivious or just apathetic towards the grave situation of insecurity that this country is plunged in. Many people are living in a bubble of their own privilege; completely desensitized about the fire of unrest burning over the roof of this nation.
There is an expected level of righteous anger and moral indignation that almost, if not all in this country should have against the mass killings happening in this country. Sadly, that anger is nowhere to be found. It is an aberration that hundreds of human beings would die in a country and the country would move on like NOTHING has happened. It is an anomaly. It is not normal at all.
The real tragedy is not just the thousands of lives that are being wasted by Islamic terrorists and vagabonds. The tragedy is that we are slowly but gradually becoming numb to the wanton bloodshed that happens in our fatherland. And our local media, who should be the fourth estate of the realm and watchdogs of the society, are now nothing but hungry dogs feeding from leftover crumbs of the stolen national cake.
If we want the government to feel the heat of our grievances, we would need to channel double or even triple of the energy we had during ENDSARS against police brutality, towards bringing an end to the oppressive and spineless government of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Without this, like a pendulum in rhythmic swing, the killings would keep happening in cycles and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING would happen.
Enough MUST be enough!📌
I’ve been in debt since 2024 (about 2M) and my creditor loves me because I have never failed to pay, but right now I do not have the capacity to carry on. Omo Since This Nepal Protest Happen,
Na So So Bluffing With “Start From Your Region”. full the whole TL.
Like What Exactly Makes Any Region Think They Are Superior To Others?
First Off, No Protest was declared, nobody wants to burn down anywhere; so why Una Dey restless ?
2ndly, mention one protest that happened in this country that didn’t happen across the entire nation.
The “EndSars” Protest, was held in every single state in this country; there was only one state where protesters were shot at. Even though they laid low, waving their national flag, singing the national anthem.
By the next morning, same organised thugs used to disrupt the protest took advantage of the loop hole to steal and loot businesses. As this is a common occurrence across all nations of the world.
They attacked and burnt the Orile police station, projecting steady oppression of residents by the police in that area. This again was also done by the same thugs from within. They went as far as chasing the Oba Of Lagos Out Of The Palace, it wasn’t people from other region that did that, it was his own people. This gaslighting as if it were people from other region that carried out those attacks is dead on arrival.
So this silly start from your region” trying to feel too important like one region is the mouthpiece of the nation is dvmb
Cos y’all talk and act like we were 2 year olds when the protest happened.
Same protest that Wike Asked River State Youths Not To Dare Come Out, And They Dared Him And Gathered In Their Numbers Right in front of the govt house?
SAMe protest wey them tear gas protesters for Abuja? Naim Una Dey act like say the whole nation fold hand dey watch only Lagos for TV? Una really dey feel Una selves.
As of yesterday, there was protest in Kogi over the rise of insecurity, the people of Kogi didn’t need to wait for any other region, it’s their reality.
There’s only one Protest in this country that held only Lagos, and that was the propaganda “Occupy Nigeria”. We all know who led that protest, it wasn’t Ikenna, or Abdul from other region.
Lastly, Nobody or any set of people wants to or threatened to burn down anywhere in Nigeria.
But I’m not suprised
Normally, “The Wicked Runs When No One Is Chasing”.
