I used to love coming to X to see happy and timely updates on Eunwoo and Astro. But in recent times the Aroha fandom on X has been becoming negative, it’s so sad to see. 🥺

Can’t we all just be positive, happy and actually prep for Eunwoo’s return? I’m sure he’d want that more than seeing his fans be at odds with each other.

While some posts are entertaining to read because of how ridiculous some people can be, and how they constantly try to defend themselves when no one is already saying anything else no more (it’s actually quite hilarious), it’s also getting also seriously frustrating to read, especially when fans start to tag his company and him? For all that Eunwoo’s been through this year, tagging him and his company in whiny complaints and victimised posts is honestly so silly. Like ok, if he sees it and then? What even is the aim for you to do so? Won’t it make him feel worse? If anything at all, instead of adding more negativity and tagging Eunwoo over those whiny posts, we should be creating that peace and positivity in the fandom and community again instead of aiming and calling out people over things that have already passed/unnecessarily just to get god knows what attention.

진짜 너무 짜증나 🙃 Though if you wish to continue doing it, nobody’s stopping it, it’s a free space for anyone to write their thoughts anyway. Go for it, karma will absolutely come and bite u one fine day. ​ASTRO × JYANNAイベント被害者連帯結成及び共同対応のご案内

​2025年6月ASTRO福岡PayPayドーム公演に関連して開催されたイベントにおいて販売されたグッズが、現在も未発送・未返金のままとなっている問題について、共同対応を準備しております。

​過去1年間、本イベントに関して運営側の案内遅延及び不明確な対応が続き、多数の消費者被害が発生いたしました。
現在まで取りまとめた資料から推測すると、被害者は数千人規模、被害金額は数千万円規模と推定されます。
また、本件に関して共同対応の署名に参加した人員は200名以上です。
これを受け、個別対応の限界を認識し、被害者間の情報共有及び共同対応のための連帯を公式に結成します。

​約1年前購入した商品が現在まで配送されておらず、返金も行われていない状態です。
​解決が進行中であるかのように見える案内と撤回が繰り返されましたが、実質的な商品提供または返金措置は長期間行われていません。

​この過程で、被害者がクレジットカード会社の決済取り消し（チャージバック）を申請できる期間を逃すことになりました。

​責任構造の不明確さ
運営主体及び関連代行会社間の責任の所在が明確に整理されないまま、消費者被害が長期化しています。
​日本側の運営会社は韓国側の契約不履行を主張していますが、消費者側としては具体的な契約構造及び履行の有無を確認できない状況です。
​消費者はアーティストIP及び公式アカウントによる広報を信頼して購入を進行しました。したがって、具体的な運営構造に関係なく、本イベントの企画・広報主体としてファンタジオは本件解決において責任ある対応をすべき位置にあります。

​ファンタジオ及びCARACHOLDINGS側に問います。

消費者が決済した代金は、現在どこに帰属しているのでしょうか？
​CARACHOLDINGS
代金が売上として認識された状態ならば、商品未提供状態に対する即時的な措置が必要です。もし売上として処理されていない構造ならば、取引構造自体に対する追加的な検討が必要です。

​ファンタジオ
精算を受けられたのならば貴社も売上申告を終えたはずですが、商品がない売上を計上し、税金だけを納付されたのかお聞きしたいです。
​いずれの場合も現在、消費者側では取引構造と資金の流れが不透明な状態であり、これに対する明確な説明が必要です。
​被害者連帯は、以下の事項を公式に要求します。
誠実な公式立場表明
​全額返金または未提供商品の即時配送履行
​取引構造及び進行経過に対する説明
​今後の対応計画
​本件が追加的な解決なしに長期化する場合、被害者連帯は現在までに確保された資料及び被害陳述に基づき、以下の手順を順次進める予定です。

​日本及び韓国の消費者保護機関及び関連行政機関に資料提出
​現在確保された資料だけでは、取引構造及び責任の所在を消費者側で明確に判断することが難しい部分があり、公的機関を通じた客観的検証を要請
​日韓両国の税務当局に対し、取引構造、精算方式、売上認識及び資金の流れ全般に関する事実関係の確認及び検討を要請

​警察など捜査機関に事実関係整理資料提出

​メディア及び公的チャンネルを通じた公論化進行
​必要時、法律検討を通じた集団民事対応

​最終案内
​本件について運営側の責任ある立場表明及び公開日から7日以内を基準に要請いたします。
当該期間内に実質的な解決がなされない場合、被害者連帯は案内された手順に従って順次対応を進める予定です。
​まだGoogleフォームを入力していない被害者の方々は、取引履歴及び関連資料を整理して参加してください。
本対応に参加することによる不利益は一切ありませんので、提出していただいた全ての情報は本件の解決のためのみに使用されますので、安心して参加してください。

I don’t usually post such things but some fans really need to be more self aware and know some boundaries no matter how much you love a celebrity. Walking beside so closely when he’s looking down half the time to avoid you and after that relaying the experience like as if he was happy to see you for cloud on social is just appalling.
