With some anti inflametory medicine the foot is feeling a lot better (can stand on it and walk) but need to be carefull and not force anything for the time being

So today I can barely stand or walk because of pain in my left foot around the big toe. Hope it's just irritation and not a fracture proberly the issue was my run which felt fine #jellychronicles_rl #jellychronicles_sport

In a couple of months my sport club will move to a new outside location. To earn some money for the new big scoreboard tonight was an auction. I bid and won a session at a bee keeper. Something I have been considering to take up as a hobby. #jellychronicles_rl

Going to head for #Nijmegen in a bit to get my starting number for the #vierdaagse #walkoftheworld #fourdaysmarches lets see if I can finish my third after needing to quit after day 1 last year. 4 day 50km a day lets go! first day tommorow start at 04:00
