@Calliope13 I also think even if we’re just comparing a few years ago to Lover or Folklore, I think people hear about it much sooner. Twitter bots, being constantly on social media, seeing emails immediately… that stuff has all increased a lot even over a short period of time.

@Calliope13 I think the eras tour has made a lot of offline fans into online fans which means they buy more merch cuz (a) they actually hear about it and (b) social influence of everyone else buying it makes them want it. I’ve always listened to Taylor but never even knew there was merch 😂

@iheartswift_ I know some people have had luck talking to the BBB about order issues which has gotten them resolved. It may be worth trying, especially if this did happen because of the price change.

@cardiganprose @swiftpitch_py People have reported success talking to the BBB. Apparently it gets issues with your order resolved pretty quickly once they get involved, from what a few people have said anyway.
