@AskSmythsToys my order not updated since 9/12, ordered online 8/12. @Evri email states high volume delays & to contact Smyths but not answering. Ticket no 1471572. Please help grandson present

@DFSCare HI i sent message this morning to DFS care, was asked for my details/delivery address & they said they would look in to this, this was 5 hours ago with no update as yet
