The privileged life you lived came from your YOUNGER sister, who stepped up and took on the responsibility that, as the eldest, should have been yours.

Yes, she was an artist and earned well—but she willingly took that responsibility. She provided for everyone, made sure the family lived comfortably, and consistently put everyone else before herself.

You benefited from her celebrity status. You enjoyed the comfortable, privileged life she worked hard to provide. The least you could have done was protect her, look out for her, and not put her future at risk.

Nagpasalamat ka na lang sana. Ang sarap na ng buhay mo eh. Minimal work, comfortable life—because someone else sacrificed to make sure you had it.

Papa Chiu, I understand where you’re coming from. I’m a parent too, and I know there is nothing more painful than seeing your child go through something difficult.

But there is a fine line between loving your child and tolerating or excusing their wrong behavior.

You can show your pain. You can stand by your daughter as her father. But please, don’t coddle her to the point that accountability gets lost.

Mali siya. Ninakawan niya ang kapatid niya—the same sibling who put her own life on hold, worked hard, and sacrificed so the whole family could have a better life.

Maawa naman po kayo kay Kim. She deserves to be heard, protected, and given the same consideration.
