So now we're stuck in DFW (since 11am), have to buy expensive airport food for dinner, and can't pick up our dog from boarding. We are getting no updates or help from @FlyFrontier. We are beyond frustrated.

Our @FlyFrontier morning flight for today got moved to 5:30 earlier this week, which messed up our plans. It now keeps getting pushed back to 8:30, then 9, 9:30, and now 10. (No texts or calls or airport announcements told us about these delays; I happened to check my email).

She was then unable to help with anything and even told us to move us to the other flight going to Denver at 9:30 would incur a charge. Because it was a "voluntary" change... She then stopped responding completely.
