@waitrose I've just been refused a refund on an unused item purchased on Sunday because I didn't have a receipt! The item cost just £11 & you 'eco-actively' encourage your customers not to print receipts at checkout!? Plse approve my 'paperless' return or I'll be an ex customer

Shame on you @Lenstore for not voluntarily offering discount on reorders...I saved 20% on my basket just by clicking on Google shopping link in another window! 15% more than your "auto reorder" offer to your regular 'loyal' customers!
@Lenstore Ok. But perhaps you can adjust your processes, so when a customer clicks on re-order link, any current promotional discounts are automatically applied (seems simple to me)?...
