@Dawgluver82 @SHEEPSLIVE Oh and I make my own pasta! Son bought mixer attachment as gift so fun family activity 😎Lately… am making “egg noodles” (we have SO MANY eggs from our chickens! What we don’t use, I end up scrambling 3-4 dozen at a time and feed back to dogs 🤷‍♀️)

Like I said… I like to bake so my GF items also contain my sourdough 🤷‍♀️ We rarely eat rice… it’s NOT just replacing one carb for another! But yes… decreasing all carbs (unless it contains my SD baked GF), both guys easily lost 50 lbs without “missing” anything. Besides bread, I make bagels, tortillas, flatbread, muffins, brownies, you name it! ALL GF and I put SD in everything 😎
Hubby no longer snores; BP now normal! Son no longer has allergies and both lost 50 lbs… without trying to lose weight 🤷‍♀️

I suspect that was what the fight night before “big day” was about? She KNEW what was going to happen… She was a plant from the beginning to convince CK to change his views/values. SO SAD we lost a truly decent person (prez someday?) They are so few & far in between 😢
