@Ticketmaster what an absolute joke of a business you guys run. Now been on the phone for 5 hours trying to figure out where our @NDFootball tickets. No tickets, no refund. Missed entire tailgate and most of the pregame events. Can’t get a manager on the phone for 24-48 hrs

Hotel and travel nah that’s on you. Should’ve picked a better provider. I’m sure the ticket provider was charge a fee but probably not kicked off the platform. And they know individual ticket buyers can’t reasonably acquire council to go after them.

Figured I’d come on here and update cause spoilers @Ticketmaster never made it right. Spent all day on the phone with there 3rd customer service team. Never made it into the game. Never got a return call from management that was requested. Silently refunded the tickets days later
