@mercari_app have been chatting with your reps now for 2 weeks regarding an order I was scammed on. I continue to get templated responses that never address my concern and then they say they cannot escalate > followed by another templated response. your buyer protection is trash!

(4) seller knows I have all of the pics to prove what i actually received and realizes i’m not going away about this so they’ve said they’re going to “check their stock” to see if they still have the correct items to send me … if mercari makes them. @mercari_app

(3) oh and the seller had admitted that it’s very possible they sent the wrong order / items / etc. but said they already received payment so basically good luck! This is clearly a known scam that yall are doing nothing about. $120💸 @mercari_app

(2) Buyer charged me $15 for shipping and “shipped” my package aka printed a label and did nothing for 2 weeks … shipped it on the 15th day so they wouldn’t have to refund me. I was out of town when the package finally arrived — when I opened its the wrong item!! @mercari_app
