@makemytripcare You should be ashamed the way you have handle my issue. Due to your inefficiency and negligence I have to take help from Getmyrefund team. They send legal notice and then MakeMyTrip paid. If such thing happens next time I will drag MakeMyTrip in consumer court.
@airtelindia My service request 11033579401 has been closed without resolving it. On call it was decided that technician will visit but , neither technician visit not issue is resolved then how you can close the ticket. Very unprofessional and very disappointing!!!
@makemytripcare Internally you are not doing anything in the name of validation. If you are really doing anything this issue would have been resolved in 24 hours. Knowing it’s your mistake still you want to delay resolution and then deny. Have already found legal options to teach you lesson.
@DGCAIndia need your help. I have raised one complaint to @makemytripcare since 23rd May regarding refund but they are always delaying by asking 48 hours every time I follow-up is there way I can get your help to resolve my issue.
@makemytripcare This is all bullshit, delay until complainant stop asking for resolution. After many days just deny refund with completely wrong reason . This time I have decided doesn’t matter if I have to go to court but will make sure that I get my refund + mental harassment compensation
