@TheRangeUK I purchased some craft letters yesterday and today I have come to find that there is not a single letter T in the whole pack!

@UberUKsupport I did this and no one was of any help at all. It’s awful customer service. Apparently they couldn’t give me a refund under the circumstances, which is stupid considering you can’t cancel an order once it’s placed. How do you deal with orders placed by mistake

[jem @jemma_farrow]

Awful service from @McDonaldsUK and @UberEats about an order placed for delivery through the McDonald’s app by mistake. No refund from either parties. It’s also near on impossible to speak to any customer services when placing an order through the app

@GoProUK do you provide VAT no. on confirmation emails on purchases on your website?

the story told throughout the album…the production, lyrics and her vocals…just wow, it’s such a good album. simply the best album released this year so far.

@Hobbycraft_Help is your website down? I am trying to place an order but clicking ‘continue to place order’ doesn’t seem to do anything.

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@DunelmUK I have had two orders recently that have arrived damaged! The first was a broken bowl and now a bed has arrived with a thick black stain where the plastic has been ripped around the fabric. I now have to spend a week sleeping on the floor whilst i wait for a replacement

@McDonaldsUK both large fries missing from large meals on an order placed on the app and collected by drive thru at laundry road, Minster services. So disappointed

@VueHelp Still no response?

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@VueHelp how do you join the membership? I’ve tried the buttons but they just lead to the login and there is nothing in the account area

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@VueHelp I am already following you. Have sent a DM with the same question

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@FPL_Hooper @SkyHelpTeam Still having the same issue here

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t download any on demand or catch up programs on any sky channels. I just get failed or technical problem. Have tried rebooting the box. Other channels like itv are fine

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@SkyHelpTeam Would you still like me to direct message? I have seen lots about the fact this is a wider issue with no time scale for being fixed

[jem @jemma_farrow]

@SkyHelpTeam Manifest on sky max and I tried rob and romesh vs the three lions on sky max too, then I tried gordon gino and Fred on itv 2 and it worked fine so I tried the white lotus on sky Atlantic, no luck and then panorama on bbc one also worked fine. So appears to just be sky channels
