@Jenny_1884 s worry alongside everything else. A free breakfast club for our future is really not much and it should only be available to parents working full time so there for their own tax is paying for it… I really feel my tax should be spent on your healthcare but hey ho it is
@Jenny_1884 There are a lot worse things the taxpayers are paying for… how about the hotels that are housing the immigrants, the hospitals that are treating everyone including people that have addictions (no it’s not there fault they have addictions but it’s usually brought on by stres
@smiggle_ had this bought for Xmas from a grandparent first time using it yesterday (child only year 2) she’s devastated as she only used it half a day the zip has broken, and looking at it compared to another there’s a bit missing #help#smiggle#upset6yearold
@smiggle_ Please see below from the government website on faulty items bough on line, you are breaking the law if you do not replace the clearly faulty item (with tag not used) we are still within 6 months, I’m also entitled to claim up to 6 years from date of purchase
@currys Tuesday 15:54 promised a call back within 24-48 hours were now Friday (bear in mind last Wednesday we were told we would get a call back within 48 hours) still waiting still no refund @financialombuds@BBCWatchdog were not getting anywhere with this company help please
Whether YOU have collected or not… we’ve put ourselves out every week for three weeks and you have failed. Do not buy from Curry’s you won’t get a working product or your money back #scam#fraud@financialombuds@ao I know we would have got better service from you.
@currys@BBCWatchdog I have waited 48 hours no phone call, you have arranged a collection and re delivery for Saturday… we don’t want a new freezer we want our money back. You have had our money for over 30 days (delivered 21 days after purchase and 14 days after original
Delivery date, you don’t want to speak in the phone, you have apparently escalated (private DMs which I’m happy to share) another week of my 93 grandmother not being able to feed her self properly. Distance selling regulations state we are entitled to a full refund
What a shock same response from @currys empty promises of collection and refund, we’ve been asking for a refund for over two weeks. Being told a collection will happen yet never does. @BBCWatchdog I’m sure you would like to investigate curry’s dealings with customers.
@currys@BBCWatchdog@TradeStandards I’m unsure of where you think it’s ok to take money from a 93 year old, deliver a damaged item.. and fail not once, not twice but three times to collect, we gave you a chance to exchange… it failed, we asked for a refund twice you have failed
@currys@currys a DM has been sent however I’m not holding out much hope that you will resolve… as your complaints team decided to put the phone down 3 times today…
@currys I have been on the phone to your unhelpful team that can only schedule me for a mangers appointment in 2 days time… my 93 year old grandmother tells on a freezer for ready made meals, she can not drive, she can not safely cook.. the meals are prepared and delivered.
Collect now a 93 year old is stressed and out of pocket due to the lack of service you provide.. i hope that the right person sees this as we have tried every other way to resolve this. @BBCWatchdog please investigate #keepingmoney#horrificcustomerservice
To collect, while all this time you keep the money and my 93 year old grandmother has no freezer for her meals. Trying to resolve this via phone you have the audacity that it’s now over 30 days since purchased… well @currys this is on you not us YOUR company has failed to
Sort your affairs in house no one likes to see dirty laundry being aired! There are people out there that actually deserve a raise and better hours and conditions.. but they’re happy to have a job.. I am so disappointed for my children this year and anyone else that is the same
@RoyalMail or should we now call you grinch… as you seem to of stolen Christmas! How do you explain to young children strikes, I don’t care about your pay and conditions… how about I pay for a service I have certainly not got… my children this year are without gifts, cards fr
@RoyalMail, my parcels and letters have been sent via another company… there service was cheaper, arrived on time and politely (even if everyone slates this company I’ve always had good service) you need to step up or step back! Not to sure how you can still be called royal..
